ReactionX
ReactionX was created to offer an affordable and portable training option for athletes of all ages. While there are similar products on the market; ReactionX caters for all ages, sports and gives the most sports realistic training by the use of contact or motion sensor in order to trigger the light. Other products which do not have motion sensor capabilities mean when placed on the ground users must trigger the light using bad form, posture and non sport specific movements.
Why use ReactionX?
Speed and agility training needs to begin at a young age to develop these skills earlier and create a more skilled athlete. Particularly as young athletes are growing they must develop their motor skills to improve coordination and develop their proprioception.
